The Board of Directors of Avtech Aviation & Engineering plc informs that on the basis of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board Resolution No. 960/2011 adopted on 26 July, 2011, the date of 27 July 2011 has been elected as the first day of listing total number of 7,359,095 ordinary shares. Shares will be listed on the “directed by orders market" of continuous trading under the abbreviated name "Avtech" and under the designation "AAE".
