| Zarząd spółki DL Invest Group PM S.A. z siedzibą w Katowicach (dalej: Emitent, Spółka) niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 9 września 2025 roku sporządził skonsolidowany raport półroczny za okres 6 miesięcy zakończony 30 czerwca 2025 roku zawierający skonsolidowane sprawozdanie finansowe Grupy Kapitałowej DL Invest Group PM S.A. za ten okres sporządzone zgodnie z MSSF (Międzynarodowe Standardy Sprawozdawczości Finansowej) w związku z wymogami giełdy Euro MTF w Luksemburgu (dalej: Skonsolidowany Raport Półroczny MSSF ).
Skonsolidowany Raport Półroczny MSSF dostępny jest na stronie internetowej Emitenta w sekcji Relacji Inwestorskich.
Jednocześnie Emitent informuje, iż zgodnie z Raportem bieżącym nr 1/2025 z dnia 28 stycznia 2025 roku jednostkowy i skonsolidowany raport półroczny za okres 6 miesięcy zakończony 30 czerwca 2025 roku sporządzone zgodnie z Ustawą o rachunkowości (jako obowiązujące Emitenta zasady rachunkowości) tj. zgodnie z wymogami Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane przez emitentów dłużnych instrumentów finansowych w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na Catalyst (dalej: Jednostkowy i Skonsolidowany Raport Półroczny ) - zostaną opublikowane w dniu 29 września 2025 roku.

The Management Board of DL Invest Group PM S.A. with its registered office in Katowice (hereinafter: the Issuer, the Company) hereby announces that on 9 September 2025 it prepared a consolidated half-year report for the period of 6 months ended 30 June 2025 containing the consolidated financial statements of the DL Invest Group PM S.A. for this period prepared in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) in connection with the requirements of the Euro MTF in Luxembourg (hereinafter: "IFRS Consolidated Half-Year Report").
The Consolidated IFRS Half-Year Report is available on the Issuer's website in the Investor Relations section.
At the same time, the Issuer informs that in accordance with Current Report No. 1/2025 of 28 January 2025, the standalone and consolidated half-year report for the period of 6 months ended 30 June 2025 prepared in accordance with the Polish Accounting Act (as accounting principles binding on the Issuer), i.e. in accordance with the requirements of the Alternative System Regulations "Current and periodic information published by issuers of debt financial instruments in the alternative trading system on Catalyst" (hereinafter: "Standalone and Consolidated Half-Year Report") - will be published on 29 September 2025.
