Intercapital Property Development ADSIC with its registered office in Bulgaria ("ICPD") announces hereby fixed dates for the submission of periodical financial reports in 2025:
1. The periodical report for Q4 2024 executed in English will be published on 03.02.2025
2. The audited periodical (annual) report for the financial year 2024 executed in English will be published on 03.04.2025
3. The periodical report for Q1 2025 executed in English will be published on 07.05.2025
4. The periodical report for Q2 (H1) 2025 executed in English will be published on 04.08.2025
5. The periodical report for Q3 2025 executed in English will be published on 04.11.2025
At the same time, ICPD would like to point out that the above periodical reports executed in Bulgarian will be published in a timely manner in accordance with the law of the home country, i.e. Bulgarian law, and be available via a link:
