The Board of Directors of TrophyResort Nyrt. hereby again informs (with reference to Report No. 22/2016) that the General Meeting held on May 20, 2016 unanimously elected Arnold Nagy, Stantic Damir and Igor Novak as the new members of the Board of Directors from 20th of May 2016 for indefinite period; while it unanimously elected Nikola Liptak as the new member of the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee from 20th of May 2016 for indefinite period. None of the named new persons are entitled to present the Company, yet. The decisions made by the General Meeting are not effective, yet, and have no legal impact, yet. According to the relevant Hungarian Laws, the preparation of the wording of the (above) decisions made by the General Meeting is being performed, not yet completed, not yet submitted to Court. No Court decision was made and therefore they are not in effect, yet. The collection of data on the relevant persons were the part of the work being performed on the preparation of the wording of the decisions for Court submission.
