| This is to inform you that the new Articles of Association, as amended in Article 6 by the Shareholders' Meeting of 27 March 2025 and by the Board of Directors of 30 March 2025 - registered in the Milan-Monza-Brianza-Lodi Trade and Companies Register, respectively, on 28 March and 31 March 2025 - have been published and are available on the Company's website www.unicreditgroup.eu/articles-association as well as on the website of the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" managed by Teleborsa S.r.l. (www.emarketstorage.it/en) and they are available to shareholders at the Company's Registered Office in Milan.
