	Notification on trading in the Company s shares executed by a director Current report no. 16/2015 dated 30th September 2015 The Management Board of UNIWHEELS AG (the "Company") informs that on 29th September 2015 the Company was notified by a member of the Management Board of the Company according to article 160 of the Polish Act on trading in Financial Instruments that he executed a transaction in the shares of the Company (ISIN DE000A13STW4). On 29th September 2015 a member of the Management Board of the Company bought 20,000 shares of the Company at the stock price of PLN 113,00 for the total price of PLN 2,260,000,-.The transaction was executed on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
