On May 7, 2015 the stake of ING Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., Warsaw, Poland in the voting rights in UNIWHEELS AG has exceeded the threshold of 3% of votes in the Company as a result of an acquisition of votes in the public offering and amounted 3.79% (470,000) voting rights in the Company represented by 3.79% (470,000) shares of the Company.
