Majority shareholder reviews strategic options regarding controlling stake in UNIWHEELS AG
The Management Board of UNIWHEELS AG (the "Company") hereby informs that the Company has been notified by UNIWHEELS Holding (Malta) Ltd. ("UNIWHEELS Holding"), a shareholder of the Company which holds 61.29% of the shares in the share capital of the Company (the "Controlling Stake"), that UNIWHEELS Holding decided to assess its strategic options regarding the Controlling Stake.
According to the information received by the Company:
i. UNIWHEELS Holding has decided to assess strategic options regarding the Controlling Stake;
ii. the process is at an initial stage and UNIWHEELS Holding does not exclude any scenario available, including a potential partial or full reduction of the Controlling Stake;
iii. UNIWHEELS Holding has engaged an investment bank and legal advisors in the process.
