On November 25, 2015 the stake of Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of Norway, Oslo, Norway, in the voting rights in UNIWHEELS AG has fallen below the threshold of 3% of votes in the Company as a result of a disposal of votes and amounted 2.995% (371,443) voting rights in the Company represented by 2.995% (371,443) shares of the Company.
