Bad Dürkheim, 18.01.2016 - Today, Mr. Ralf Schmid has informed UNIWHEELS AG that he will resign as member of the management board (Vorstand) as of 21.01.2016 and wishes to assume an office as member of the supervisory board (Aufsichtsrat). Further, today, UNIWHEELS Holding (Malta) Limited has informed UNIWHEELS AG that it will exercise its statutory appointment right and recall Mrs. Beata Olejnik as member of the supervisory board as of 21.01.2016 and to appoint Mr. Ralf Schmid instead who shall also take the chair of the supervisory board. New chairman of the management board (Vorstandsvorsitzender) shall be Dr. Thomas Buchholz who is deputy chairman of the management board since August 2015. The supervisory board will consult and resolve upon the personnel changes within a short time.
