	Current Report no. 03/2016 dated 19.01.2016 Subject: Changes to the Supervisory Board composition Legal basis: Article 56.1.2 of the Polish Public Offering Act Report: The Management Board of UNIWHEELS AG ( Company ) informs that UNIWHEELS (Holding) Malta Ltd. in exercising its statutory appointment right on 19.01.2016 recalled Ms. Beata Olejnik as member of the Company Supervisory Board as of 21.01.2016 and at the same time appointed Mr. Ralf Schmid as a Company Supervisory Board member. The appointment enters into force on 21.01.2016 and will end with closure of the shareholders meeting adopting a resolution on acknowledgement of duties with respect to the fourth fiscal year following the start of the term of office. Information on the appointed Supervisory Board member Ralf Schmid Born in 1967, Ralf Schmid was CEO of UNIWHEELS AG from November 2014 to 20.01.2016. He has dedicated his entire professional development to the automotive sector. He began his career in 1989 at the alloy wheel producer RIAL where he was head of sales and managing director. In 1996, Ralf Schmid founded the alloy wheel producer Alutec, the precursor of the present day UNIWHEELS Group. He founded the UNIWHEELS Group in 2005 after the takeover of RIAL in 1998. Mr. Ralf Schmid does not conduct any business competitive to the Company business and does not participates in any business competitive to the Company as a partner in a civil law partnership or partnership and is not a member of a governing body of a company competing with the Company or a member of any other governing body of a legal person competing with the Company. Mr. Ralf Schmid is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register Act of 20 August 1997. Legal basis: § 5 sec. 1 point 21 and 22 of an Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognised as being equivalent to information required by the laws of a non-member state.
