| The Board of AB AviaAM Leasing (hereinafter the Company ) in its meeting, held on 15 February 2018, based on the request of the shareholders, requesting convocation of the general meeting of shareholders of the Company, has inter alia decided to approve the notification about the intention to delist the shares of the Company from trading on the regulated market Warsaw Stock Exchange and not to continue the public offering of shares (attached).
