	With reference to ESPI Report 26/2018 Dated 26 June 2018, AB AviaAM Leasing (the Company ) informs that that the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange ( WSE ) adopted a resolution concerning the exclusion from exchange trading on the GPW Main List of the shares of the Company. The WSE Management Board resolves to exclude from WSE trading the shares of the Company, coded as LT0000128555 as of 13 July 2018. In connection with this exclusion, the last trading day of shares of the Company on the regulated market is 12 July 2018. On day of exclusion of the Company s shares from trading on the WSE (i.e. 13 July 2018) the Company will apply to the Bank of Lithuania for taking a decision on not deeming the Company as the issuer following the requirements of the applicable Lithuanian laws.
