Zgodnie z treścią rezygnacji, została ona złożona z przyczyn zawodowych.

§ 3 ust. 1 pkt. 7 Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect".

The Management Board of CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the Company) informs that on December 26, 2024, the Company received from a member of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Scott Cunningham, a statement of resignation from membership in the Supervisory Board of the Company as of December 31, 2024. According to the content of the resignation, it was submitted for professional reasons.
