MAHART ENEFI Asset Management Plc.
Litigation related to the MAHART project, removal of
equipment
According to the decision, the Company must transport the equipment delivered to MAHART
in connection with the MAHART project and stored at the premises of MAHART Free Port
Zrt., and is also obliged to pay a usage fee for the property affected by the storage from April
2024.
