Fenghua SoleTech AG: Appointment of new Supervisory Board member and auditor Frankfurt am Main, July 20, 2015 The Local Court in Frankfurt am Main has appointed Mr. Su Chun Keat as new Member of the Supervisory Board of Fenghua SoleTech AG until the next Ordinary General Meeting of the company. He follows Mr. Jaroslaw Dabrowski who left the Supervisory Board in February 2015. Chun Keat is audit partner at the Singapore-based audit firm RT LLP. He has more than 14 years of audit and assurance working experience on an international level. Prior to joining RT LLP, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Singapore and Deloitte, Singapore. Chun Keat is a practicing member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) as well as a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Furthermore, at the request of the Company, the Local Court has appointed TPW GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft as new auditor for the financial statements of the financial year 2014. Since May 2015, TPW is part of the Baker Tilly Roelfs network. Initially, Crowe Kleeberg GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft had been elected as auditor.
