On May 24, 2018, we received from Mr Kristijan Floričić a notification that he had sold the shares of the company Gorenje d.d. that he had held, and that after the disposal of the shares, the share of his voting rights in the company Gorenje d.d. decreased to below 5% of total voting rights in the company Gorenje d.d.
On May 24, 2018, we received from the company International Finance Corporation, Washington, D.C., USA (hereinafter referred to as the IFC) a notification that the IFC disposed on May 22, 2018, all of its shares of the company Gorenje d.d. A total of 2,881,896 shares were disposed, representing 11.7991% of all Gorenje shares. After the transaction, the IFC no longer holds any ownership share in the company Gorenje d.d.
On May 24, 2018, we received from the companies Hisense Luxembourg Home Appliance Holding S.a r.l., 6 Rue Eug ne Ruppert L-2453 Luxembourg, and the company Hisense Luxembourg Holding S.a r.l., 6 Rue Eug ne Ruppert, L-2453 Luxembourg, a notification that the two companies acquired on May 22, 2018, a combined 22.56%share of all voting rights in the company Gorenje d.d. The company Hisense Luxembourg Holding S.a r.l. acquired 1,154,977 shares or 4.73% share of all voting rights, and the company Hisense Luxembourg Home Appliance Holding S.a r.l. acquired 4,354,300 shares or 17.83% share of all voting rights at the company.
