| Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Rules and Regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (Ljubljanska borza, d. d.), and the relevant legislation, the company Gorenje, d. d., hereby makes the following announcement:
Issuer: Gorenje gospodinjski aparati, d. d. (short name: Gorenje, d. d.), Partizanska 12, SI-3320 Velenje, Slovenia
Announcement of the Supervised Information s is referring to Article 106 and 126 of Market in Financial Instruments Act (ZTFI).
The Issuer has decreased share capital and the number of shares, based on AGM resolution dated on the 17th of September, 2018, by the withdrawal of 121,311 GRVG treasury shares, which represent 0.4967% of the share capital. The total number of all issued GRVG shares has been changed from 24,424,613 shares to 24,303,302 shares. Due to the fact, that one share has one vote, is the new total number of voting rights 24,303,302.
