| Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Rules and Regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (Ljubljanska borza, d.d.), and the relevant legislation, the company Gorenje, d.d., hereby makes the following announcement:
Based on the takeover bid for Gorenje shares, announced by the company Hisense Luxembourg Home Appliance Holding on May 29, 2018, and which lasted until and including June 26, 2018, Hisense will acquire further 62.46 percent of all issued Gorenje shares. Thus, as Hisense stated today, the takeover bid was successful.
The takeover bid at EUR 12 per share was accepted by 5,165 Gorenje shareholders for a total of 15,254,871 GRVG shares. Complete with the shares acquired before the announcement of the takeover bid (32.96% of GRVG shares), the company Hisense Luxembourg Home Appliance Holding will thus own a total of 95.42 percent of all issued Gorenje shares.
