On June 8, 2018, Gorenje d.d. received from the company Panasonic Corporation, 1006 Oaza Kadoma, Kadomacity, 571-8501 Osaka, Japan a notification that the Panasonic Corporation accepted the takeover offer by the company Hisense Luxembourg Holding S.a r.l., 6 Rue Eug ne Ruppert L-2453 Luxembourg on 8 June 2018, and will on such basis dispose, all of its shares of the company Gorenje d.d. The takeover offer was accepted for a total of 2,623,664 shares, representing 10.7419% of all Gorenje shares. After the closing of transaction, the Panasonic Corporation will no longer hold any ownership share in the company Gorenje d.d.
