On July 4, 2018, Gorenje, d. d., received from the company Universal Invetsment Capital, S. L., Avenida Son Caliu n 18, Urbanización Son Caliu, Palma Nova, Calviá 07181, Mallorca, Spain, a notification that Universal Investment Capital accepted the takeover offer by the company Hisense Luxembourg Holding S.a r.l., 6 Rue Eug ne Ruppert, L-2453 Luxembourg, and has on such basis disposed all of its shares of the company Gorenje, d. d. The takeover offer was accepted for a total of 1,856,148 shares, representing 7.599% of all Gorenje shares. After the closing of transaction, Universal Investment Capital no longer holds any ownership share in the company Gorenje, d. d.
