On June 28, 2018, we received from the company Hisense Luxembourg Home Appliance Holding S.a r.l., 6 Rue Eug ne Ruppert L-2453 Luxembourg, a notification that the company increased on June 26, 2018, its share of voting rights in the company Gorenje d.d. to 95.42 percent of total voting rights or 23,304,885 shares. Based on the takeover bid for Gorenje shares, announced by the company Hisense Luxembourg Home Appliance Holding on May 29, 2018, and which lasted until and including June 26, 2018, Hisense will acquire 62.46 percent of all issued Gorenje shares.
