The Management Board of Ice Code Games S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the Company ), in connection with the subscription of series K ordinary bearer shares, issued pursuant to Resolution No. 3/07/2025 of the Management Board of the Company dated 31 July 2025 on the increase of the Company s share capital within the framework of authorized capital, as amended by Resolution No. 2/08/2025 of the Management Board of the Company dated 20 August 2025, hereby submits, attached hereto, the summary of the subscription of series K ordinary bearer shares.
