	2022 March 14 Nasdaq Vilnius has made a decision to suspend trading of the shares of AB INTER RAO Lietuva, legal entity code 126119913 (hereinafter - the Company), in the trading list of foreign shares First North (read more here: https://view.news.eu.nasdaq.com/view?id=bb1d8bfda754479031acc01e8e0421b90&lang=lt) and 2022 March 17 the suspension of trading of Company's shares was announced by the Warsaw Stock Exchange (read more here: https://www.gpw.pl/suspension-and-removal), however, as already mentioned in the Company's report as of 2022 March 17, the Company has no information that it or its subsidiaries are subject to restrictive measures pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 1095/2010. 269/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions undermining or encroaching on the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. In order to avoid any uncertainties, the Company on 2022 March 17 applied to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania, which coordinates the implementation of international sanctions in the Republic of Lithuania and provides information to natural and legal persons on the implementation of international sanctions. Upon receipt of information from this institution, the Company will inform investors thereof in accordance with the procedure established by laws. Legal grounds: Article 17.1 of the EU Regulation on market abuse No 596/2014.
