	Based on the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d. d., Ljubljana and Article 2 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 Krka, d. d., Novo mesto announces: With a reference to the public notice from 20 July 2023, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 5 May 2025 up to and including 9 May 2025. Krka acquired 8,807 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 1,550,758 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows: - on 5 May 2025: 1,913 shares at a VWAP of EUR 174.60, - on 6 May 2025: 1,899 shares at a VWAP of EUR 175.12, - on 7 May 2025: 1,466 shares at a VWAP of EUR 175.78, - on 8 May 2025: 1,820 shares at a VWAP of EUR 176.92, - on 9 May 2025: 1,709 shares at a VWAP of EUR 178.17. Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP). Ilirika d.d., Intercapital d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions. Detailed report on acquisition of treasury shares attached. The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 2,243,762 representing 6.842% of all shares issued. The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 2,252,569 representing 6.869% of all shares issued. The notice will be published on the Company's website (www.krka.biz) from 12 May 2025 onwards, for a minimum period of 5 years.
