| The Board of Directors of Milkiland Public Company Limited (hereinafter - the Company") hereby informs that According to the article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 537/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on specific requirements regarding statutory audit of public-interest entities and repealing Commission Decision 2005/909/EC, Baker Tilly Klitou and Partners Ltd (hereinafter Baker Tilly ) was appointed as the external, independent auditor of Milkiland for a Non-statutory consolidated and separate Financial statements audit for the year ended 31 December 2019 and Statutory consolidated and separate Financial statements audit for the year ended 31 December 2020.
Baker Tilly is a Cypriot legal entity with its registered office at: Corner C Hatzopoulou & 30 Griva Digheni Avenue, CY-1066 Nicosia, which is entitled to provide services, as an independent auditor under the requirements of Cypriot legislation, including the Companies Law of the Republic of Cyprus, Cap 113.
On 21 January 2021 the Engagement letters between Baker Tilly and the Company were sighed, which scope, inter alia, envisage the provision of independent auditor services for the purpose of determining whether the financial statements of Milkiland Public Company Limited and Milkiland Group for the financial years ended 31 December 2019 (Non-statutory audit) and 31 December 2020 (Statutory audit) give a true and fair view on the Company s and the Group s financial statements. The intended term of the Engagement letters is as follows: April, 30, 2021.
Milkiland did not use the services of Baker Tilly before and does not have any other engagements with this company except of the above mentioned engagements.
