| The Board of Directors of Milkiland Public Company Limited ( the Company") informs that according to the Certificate of Cypriot Registrar of Companies dated January 28, 2022, the name of the Company was changed to MLK Foods Public Company LTD and the new name has been entered to the Registrar of Companies.
This change was previously adopted by the Board of Directors of Milkiland Public Company Limited in order to reflect the change of business strategy of the Company from dairy goods producer towards more universal producer of food products.
