| The Board of Directors of Milkiland N.V. ( the Company") informs that the Company received the information that on March 6, 2020, the Arbitrage Court of Kursk oblast (region) of Russian Federation adopted a decision of insolvency of LLC Kursk milk ( the Debtor ), subsidiary of Milkiland Group, and implemented of an arbitrage management of LLC Kursk milk within the bankruptcy procedure of the Debtor, according to the petition of Public JSC Bank Vozrogdenie ( the Creditor ).
This petition claiming the inability of the Debtor to repay the indebtedness to the Creditor in the total amount of RUB 101.9 million (c. EUR 1.2 million) during for more than 3 months term.
By the above mentioned Court decision, Mr. Alexander Volchkov was appointed as an arbitrage administrator of LLC Kursk milk .
The Company together with LLC Kursk milk is striving for entering into the debt settlement agreement with the creditors and fulfilment of its conditions.
