Zarząd Photon Energy a.s. przekazuje w załączeniu raport roczny za okres od 1 stycznia do 31 grudnia 2011 roku, wraz ze zbadanymi skonsolidowanymi sprawozdaniami finansowymi przygotowanymi zgodnie z Międzynarodowymi Standardami Rachunkowości oraz opinią biegłego rewidenta.
