The Management Board of UNIWHEELS AG (the "Company") informs that on 29th June 2016 the Company was notified by a member of the Management Board of the Company according to article 160 of the Polish Act on trading in Financial Instruments that he executed a transaction in the shares of the Company (ISIN DE000A13STW4).
On 28th and 29th June 2016 a member of the Management Board of the Company bought 12,000 shares of the Company at the mixed stock price of PLN 145,96 for the total price of PLN 1,751,556,-.The transaction was executed on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
