| The Management Board of BTCS S.A. (the "Company") with reference to ESPI current reports concerning the conclusion of significant agreements (published on NewConnect under No. 20/2025 and No. 21/2025), hereby informs that the digital assets acquired and made available under the aforementioned agreements have commenced generating revenues from validation and staking activities.
In the opinion of the Management Board, the commencement of generating the first measurable revenues from a new, key area of operations constitutes inside information within the meaning of Article 7 of MAR and is therefore subject to disclosure.
Key operational data:
1. The Company received 4 459 309 CORE tokens from Core Foundation (at an acquisition price of USD 0,4485 per CORE) and commenced their staking, together with the BTC and CORE digital assets made available by TTP Limited.
2. As at the date of this report, the value of the CORE tokens received from Core Foundation amounts to USD 2 054 849 (at the price of USD 0,4608 per CORE).
3. Over the last two 24-hour periods, the Company received ner rewards of 2 734 CORE and 2 855 CORE, respectively. Assuming exchange rates of 1 CORE = USD 0,4608 and 1 USD = PLN 3,6128, this corresponds to estimated daily income from rewards of approx. PLN 4 551 and PLN 4 754, respectively.
Operational status and optimization plans:
At present, the staking process has not yet been fully optimized. In the near future, the Company will undertake optimization activities concerning technical parameters and asset allocation (including validator configuration and staking proportions) in order to maximize the rewards generated.
Currently, one validator is operational. The Company plans to lunch additional validators, which is expected to positively impact both stability and future revenue generation potential.
The above information is provided by the Company in order to ensure equal access to operational data, enabling investors to independently assess the current situation and potential of the Company. The Issuer does not provide financial forecast.
At the same time, the Management Board informs that in October 2025 it will present a strategy for monthly communication of key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the Company's on-chain operations (including: reward levels, asset profitability and NAV per share), in line with the adopted information policy.
