    Nestmedic zdecydował się na finalizację procesu dopuszczenia na rynek urządzenia Pregnabit Pro przez amerykańską Federal Drug Administration (FDA). Według analiz Nestmedic certyfikacja FDA to łączna inwestycja rzędu ok. 9 mln zł.

    Nestmedic zawarł z akcjonariuszem - 5HT Fundacją Rodzinną - umowę inwestycyjną, na podstawie której akcjonariusz zobowiązał się do przeprowadzenia oferty publicznej sprzedaży do 7,5 mln istniejących akcji spółki po 0,5 zł za sztukę, w celu reinwestowania całości pozyskanych w ten sposób środków w objęcie akcji nowej emisji w liczbie odpowiadającej liczbie akcji sprzedawanych, rzeczywiście zbytych przez akcjonariusza w ramach oferty publicznej. Zawarcie umowy stanowi element niezbędny do częściowej realizacji opcji strategicznych związanych z rozwojem spółki oraz jej flagowego produktu - Pregnabit Pro - na rynku amerykańskim.
