BTCS S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw, at Plac Powstańców Warszawy 2, 00-030 Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number KRS 0000390734 (the Issuer ), with reference to the Issuer s periodic report No. 11/2025 of 7 August 2025, hereby informs that on 6 October 2025, due to an identified accounting error, the Issuer s quarterly report for Q2 2025 was corrected. An explanation of the accounting error is included in the corrected quarterly report.
