The Management Board of CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the Issuer, the Company) informs that today the Company received from a member of the Supervisory Board, Ms. Silvia Andriotto, a statement of resignation from the Companys Supervisory Board with effect from September 1, 2024.
