| AB INTER RAO Lietuva (hereinafter referred to as the Company) announces that the Meeting of the Supervisory Board was convened on 5 April 2022 in which all appointed members of the Supervisory Board unanimously adopted the following resolutions:
1. Resolution. Regarding the Annual Consolidated Report of the Company for the year 2021;
Resolved: Having analysed the Consolidated Annual Report of the Company for the year 2021, to propose the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to take note of it.
2. Resolution. Analysis of the Audited Annual Financial Statements of the Company for the year 2021 and the Audited Consolidated Annual Financial Statements of the Group for the year 2021;
Resolved: Having analysed the Audited Annual Financial Statements of the Company for the year 2021 and the Audited Consolidated Annual Financial Statements of the Group for the year 2021, to propose the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to approve them.
3. Resolution. Analysis of draft decision on distribution of profit (loss) of the Company for the year 2021;
Resolved: Having analysed the proposal of the Board to distribute the profit (loss) of the Company for the year 2021 as provided in the draft distribution of profit (loss), to propose the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to approve it.
