	According to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 Krka, d. d., Novo mesto hereby informs the interested public that based on the analysis of previous decisions in the matter and in order to avoid further litigation costs for the parties, Krka has settled the dispute regarding its product perindopril before the Court of Justice of the EU. The case before the Court of Justice of the EU is thus finally closed. Krka published the announcements considering this case on 26 November 2008, 6 January 2009, 8 July 2009, 3 July 2014, 12 December 2018 and 1 July 2024.
