	Based on the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d. d., Ljubljana and Article 2 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 Krka, d. d., Novo mesto announces: With a reference to the public notice from 20 July 2023, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 26 September 2025 up to and including 2 October 2025. Krka acquired 10,959 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 2,392,510 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows: - on 26 September 2025: 2,127 shares at a VWAP of EUR 220.27, - on 29 September 2025: 2,162 shares at a VWAP of EUR 220.00, - on 30 September 2025: 2,183 shares at a VWAP of EUR 219,10, - on 1 October 2025: 2,234 shares at a VWAP of EUR 216.13 and - on 2 October 2025: 2,253 shares at a VWAP of EUR 216.25. Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP). Ilirika d.d., Intercapital d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions. Detailed report on acquisition of treasury shares attached. The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 2,326,866 representing 7.096% of all shares issued. The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 2,337,825 representing 7.129% of all shares issued. The notice will be published on the Company's website (www.krka.biz) from 3 October 2025 onwards, for a minimum period of 5 years.
