| The Board of Directors of Milkiland PCL ( the Company") informs that in connection with the Company's current reports: (i) no 9/2020 and 10/2020 regarding the resolutions adopted by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company with respect to transfer of Company's corporate seat from Netherlands into Cyprus, (ii) no 13/2020 on registration of the Company s corporate seat in Cyprus, Milkiland Group passed the restructuring and now is controlled by its holding Cypriot company, namely, Milkiland Public Company Limited.
Due to the necessity to consider all of the consequences of the Group s restructuring, as well as more time is needed for the Group s newly appointed Cypriot Auditor, namely Baker Tilly Klitou and Partners Ltd, to confirm the financial standing of the Group, the publication of the Non-statutory consolidated and separate Financial statements audit for the year ended 31 December 2019 and Statutory consolidated and separate Financial statements audit for the year ended 31 December 2020 together with the amended Annual Report of Milkiland for 2019 and Annual Report of the Group for 2020, respectively, will be shifted to 30 November 2021.
Also, due to the need of the correct reflection of all of the consequences of the Group s restructuring in Milkiland s financials as of 30 June 2021, as well as assurance of compliance of the financials on this date with the Audited Statuary consolidated and separate Financial statements of Milkiland for the year ended 31 December 2020, the publication of the Consolidated financial statements of Milkiland Group for first half of 2021 will be shifted to the same date of 30 November 2021.
