| The Management Board of Peixin International Group N.V. with its incorporated seat in Amsterdam, the Netherlands /the "Company"/, hereby informs that on 5 July 2016 Mr Kaida Xie submitted his resignation from the position of the Member of the Company's Management Board. The resignation becomes effective as of the day its submitted. Mr Kaida Xie has been holding his function since 9 September 2013. Mr Kaida Xie has not given the reasons of his decision.
In the same day, Mr Zhimin Huang submitted resignation from holding both the function of the Chief Financial Officer and the Member of the Company's Management Board. The resignation becomes effective as of the day its submitted. Mr Zhimin Huang has been holding his function since 30 June 2015. Mr Zhimin Huang has not given the reasons of his decision.
Additionally, the Company informs that on 5 July 2016 Mr Shen Ming submitted his resignation from the position of the Member of the Company's Supervisory Board. The resignation becomes effective as of the day its submitted. Mr Shen Ming has been holding his function since 10 September 2013. Mr Shen Ming has not given the reasons of his decision.
