| The Management Board of Peixin International Group N.V. with its incorporated seat in Amsterdam, the Netherlands /the "Company"/ informs that on 10th July 2015 the Company completed analysis regarding the preliminary financial results for the first half of 2015.
On the basis of rough estimates, the Company anticipates that the revenues generated by the Group in this period will decrease approx. by 10% in comparison to the I half of 2014, mostly as a consequence of the declining economy in China and noted by the Company decline in the demand for products offered by the Group in the first half of 2015 combined with increasing competition on the daily-use hygiene products market. Upon the declining economy and competitive situation, in the first half of 2015 the Company had to lower-down the sales price, which influenced on profits as well. In consequence the Company expects in the I half of 2015 fall of the profit approx. by 20%-30% in comparison to the I half of 2014.
Simultaneously the Company remains that complete information on consolidated financial results achieved by the Group of Peixin in the first half of 2015 will be presented in the consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2015, which will be disclosed on 28 August 2015.
