Zarząd BTCS S.A. ( Emitent ) informuje, że Sąd Rejonowy Poznań Nowe Miasto postanowieniem z dnia 10 września 2025 r., sygn. PO.VIII NS-REJ.KRS/028212/25/924, dokonał wszystkich odnośnych wpisów w rejestrze przedsiębiorców KRS, dotyczących zmian przyjętych na Nadzwyczajnym Walnym Zgromadzeniu Emitenta w dniu 21 sierpnia 2025 r. (por. raport bieżący EBI nr 12/2025). W konsekwencji Emitent działa obecnie pod firmą BTCS S.A.
Jednocześnie, działając na podstawie § 3 ust. 1 pkt 15 Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu ASO NewConnect, Emitent przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości zaktualizowane dane teleadresowe:

The Management Board of BTCS S.A. (the Issuer ) informs that, by a decision dated 10 September 2025, ref. no. PO.VIII NS-REJ.KRS/028212/25/924, the District Court Poznań Nowe Miasto registered all relevant changes in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) resulting from the resolutions adopted by the Issuer s Extraordinary General Meeting on 21 August 2025 (cf. EBI current report No. 12/2025). As a result, the Issuer now operates under the business name BTCS S.A.
Concurrently, pursuant to § 3(1)(15) of Annex No. 3 to the NewConnect ASO Rules, the Issuer discloses updated contact details:
