| AviaAM Leasing AB (hereinafter the Company ) announces that the Company together with its subsidiaries (hereinafter the Group ) has expanded its fleet of commercial aircraft with its fourth Airbus A321 aircraft. The Group has completed aircraft purchase and lease transaction and delivered the aforementioned Airbus A321 aircraft under long term operating lease to Small Planet Airlines, an European leisure carrier. The acquisition of the aircraft was conducted with the support of and financed by a leading provider and arranger of asset-based financing of commercial aircraft PK AirFinance, a subsidiary of GE Capital Aviation Services. | |
