Co podlega rejestracji przez sąd rejestrowy. Przyjęty w dniu 15 października 2025 r. tekst jednolity Statutu Emitenta w załączeniu.

The Management Board of BTCS Spółka Akcyjna, with its registered office in Warsaw, at Plac Powstańców Warszawy 2, 00-030 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number KRS 0000390734, with ISIN code: PLVKMTK00015 and LEI code: 259400F1ML9OGF3R9703 (the Issuer ), in connection with the allotment of 22,433,199 series F shares, has also adopted the consolidated text of the Articles of Association.
Pursuant to Article 441 § 2(7) of the Polish Commercial Companies Code, the share capital specified in § 6 of the Articles of Association has been determined at PLN 19,216,599.50 (nineteen million two hundred sixteen thousand five hundred ninety-nine zloty and fifty groszy), divided into 38,433,199 (thirty-eight million four hundred thirty-three thousand one hundred ninety-nine) shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.50 (fifty groszy) each.
This change is subject to registration by the registry court. The consolidated text of the Issuer s Articles of Association, adopted on 15 October 2025, is attached hereto.
