Czy ktokolwiek ma więcej informacji, czego dokładniej dotyczą punkty 5 i 6 AGM:
5. Presentation of the special report of the Board of Directors setting out the reasons behind the situation leading to the application of Article 100 of the Luxembourg law dated 10 August 1915 on commercial companies, as amended (the "Company Law") to the Company, substantiating the proposals of the Board of Directors with respect thereto and setting out the measures the Board of Directors intends to adopt to improve the financial standing of the Company.
6. Decision on the continuation of the Company in accordance with Article 100 of the Company Law, as amended.
Jeśli dobrze sprawdziłem, to article 100 ma następujące brzmienie:
"Excepting more stringent provisions contained in the articles of association, in the event of
loss of one-half of the company’s share capital, the board of directors or board of management,
as the case may be, call a general meeting, such that it is held within a period not exceeding
two months from the time when the loss has been discovered by them or ought to have been, which will deliberate under the terms of article 67-1 on whether or not to wind the company up."
W połączeniu z punktem 4 AGM "Allocation of the loss for the financial year ending 31 December 2016." wygląda to dość kiepsko.
Pytanie, czemu kurs zamiast polecieć w przepaść zanotował nowe lokalne szczyty? Czy nieprawidłowo zinterpretowałem komunikat?

Dołączam się do prośby, w raporcie za 2016 jest kilka ciekawych pozycji, kurs spadł o 12% po publikacji, bo IV kwartał zakończył się stratą, ale chyba głównie spowodowaną inwestycją w joint venture z chińską spółką.
