Hello,
I am new to investing in Poland and also to the local tax system. With the end of the year, I am trying to figure out how I should tax the income from trading. From what I read the brokers usually send out to clients the PIT-8C. But are the brokers OBLIGED to send the PIT-8C or is it just common practise?
