Esther Dyson is chairman of EDventure Holdings. She is also a director of the Sunlight Foundation, the Santa Fe Institute and the National Endowment for Democracy.

Esther Dyson radiates excitement about the potential of IT to change the world of health care, both through genetics and genomics (a form of information science) and through the use of IT to empower individuals and ultimately transform the delivery of health care and the institutions that provide it. Her activities include a board seat with 23andMe (a consumer genetics company that helps people read and understand their DNA—'23' refers to the 23 pairs of chromosomes we all have) and her role as one of ten initial research subjects in George Church's Personal Genome Project, which invites volunteers to share their genome sequence and personal health information with the public in order to make genomic research more useful. She also has invested in Medstory, a health and medicine search tool, sold to Microsoft, and Ovusoft, software for determining ovulation patterns. Ja dostalem dzis, patrzac na numer to jeszcze maja troche do wyslania, wiec byc moze sie zalapiecie.

Ale pamietajcie ze w tej ofercie sugerowane sa zapisy za dosc wysokie kwoty.

No zobaczymy skoro piszecie, że jeszcze patrząc po numerach są wolne to może się uda. Ja już zwątpiłem bo rozmawiałem z jednym z Maklerów od nich i on sprzedał mi informację, że jeśli do piątku w okolicach godziny 18 nie przechwycę to już po frytkach :(


PS: Pewnie, że nie wiadomo co będzie za miesiąc ale jakby ktokolwiek z Nas wiedział to by nie tracił czasu na pisanie na forach :)

Transza inwestorów indywidualnych dużych preferowanych jest już całkowicie wypełniona, z nadwyżką już około 50%-75% choć nie wpłynęły do nas jeszcze wszystkie deklaracje.

Przewidujemy, że transza ta zostanie objęta redukcją - niemniej jednak redukcja ta najprawdopodobniej będzie o wiele mniejsza niż w transzy inwestorów drobnych, albowiem zwiększymy alokację w tej transzy. Ustalimy relatywnie wysoki próg wejścia. Ta transza jest przeznaczona dla tych inwestorów, których interesuje fundamentalny średnio- i długoterminowy wzrost wartości spółki.

W czwartek i w piątek rozpoczęliśmy dystrybucję materiałów kierowanych do inwestorów drobnych i będziemy ją kontynuować w poniedziałek z terminem deklaracji najpóźniej do czwartku, jednakże z uwagi na bardzo duży popyt w tej transzy najprawdopodobniej ustalimy również relatywnie wysoki próg wejścia w tej transzy, by zmniejszyć ryzyko wysokich fluktuacji kursu po debiucie.

Wszystkie parametry projektu zostaną najprawdopodobniej ustalone do środy, 22 czerwca i zostanie tydzień na zawarcie umów i wpłaty.

Mamy dwie transze dla indywidualnych:

1. Transza dużych preferowanych
2. Transza drobnych

Każda z nich ma oddzielną datę zbierania deklaracji.

Dodatkowo, na podstawie deklaracji i rozmów z inwestorami instytucjonalnymi ustalamy parametry emisji. Potem jest WZA i decyzja. Po WZA jest ustalenie ostatecznej struktury oferty - alokacji w poszczególnych transzach i redukcji.

Potwierdzamy - ma sens do środy.

To raczej pytanie do COA.

Idea jest taka, że w transzy kierowanej do inwestorów indywidualnych musimy dopasować strukturę emisji kierowaną do inwestorów dużych preferowanych i inwestorów drobnych do całkowitej wartości emisji w tej transzy i do wielkości zgłoszeń już otrzymanych. Do tego dochodzą również różne poziomy cenowe - co dalej komplikuje sprawę.

Ponieważ proces nie jest jeszcze zamknięty, a już w tej chwili mamy nadpopyt, a nie mamy pełnego obrazu zgłoszeń, nie mamy w tej chwili możliwości dokładnego określenia progów w obu transzach.

Niemniej jednak po WZA będziemy już to wiedzieć dokładnie.
